RBTM Reverse Transcriptase (MMLV)
MMLV Reverse Transcriptase is a recombinant DNA polymerase that synthesizes complementary DNA from single-stranded RNA, DNA, or DNA/RNA. hybrids. This engineered form of M-MLV Reverse Transcriptase lacks RNase H activity, is thermostable, works best at 37°C, and can generate first-strand cDNA up to 7 kb long.
